Eggnog Cheesecake Dip



Ingredients

    2 c. heavy cream
    1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
    1 1/2 c. eggnog
    1 tsp. nutmeg, plus more to sprinkle on top
    Ginger snap cookies, for serving

Directions Bo Ying Compound Eu Yan Sang

    In a stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
    Grab a large mixing bowl and pour in the pudding mix and eggnog. Whisk and set for 5 minutes.
    Fold the pudding into the whipped cream mixture, along with the nutmeg. (Chill if desired.)
    Sprinkle with more nutmeg before serving .
